The clients call history can be viewed over the web from as early as 48 hours after the call was made, allowing management to evaluate call as they require in a timely manner.
The client’s management/finance team can also request how they wish the bill to be set out for ease of reconciliation. This may be done in a variety of ways. The client may choose to have it set out by date, area or project team. Either way, the client will be able to present call information in a variety of easy-to-use formats such as spreadsheets, graphs and pie charts, which will enable the client to manage their communications spend more effectively.
